1. Eligibility & Age
GoatGambles is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using this site you confirm that you meet this requirement. Access is prohibited where gambling or gambling promotion is unlawful.
2. Nature of the Service
GoatGambles is a community rewards and leaderboard platform operated by the streamer a_funkygoat. It tracks wagers made on third-party gambling sites under affiliate code FUNKYGOAT and offers a virtual currency (“Goat Coins”), games, and prizes. Goat Coins have no cash value except where explicitly redeemable for a stated reward. We do not operate a casino and do not accept wagers.
3. Affiliate Relationship
We earn commissions when you register and play on partner sites (Shuffle, Rain.gg, CSGOGem, Packy) using code FUNKYGOAT. This is a paid, material relationship. Using the code does not increase your costs and may provide you with rakeback or bonuses.
4. Responsible Gambling

5. Prizes & Rewards
Leaderboard prizes, raffles, and store items are offered at our discretion and may change or be withdrawn. Eligibility may require a linked and verified account. We reserve the right to withhold rewards in cases of fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse.
6. Accounts & Conduct
You are responsible for activity on your account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit rewards, or attempting to manipulate leaderboards or games, may result in forfeiture of rewards and termination of access.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses incurred through gambling on third-party sites linked or promoted here. Those sites are governed by their own terms. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
